Sesshu Otokoyama (Man's Mountain in Sesshu), is brewed in Itami, the birthplace of sake. It is produced from carefully selected rice and water. It is pleasant and deliciously dry. Super Dry & Light, Mellow, Balanced, Rice Forward, Smooth & Clean Finish.

A delicate, silky, unfiltered nigori sake. Off-dry with a touch of sweetness but balanced at 12.5%. The aroma of lily flowers and cantaloupes, smooth and creamy texture, flavors of Muscat grape, and strawberries with a lingering finish.

The yuzu fruit used here is from Shibata's local farm and is all organic. Shibata Black Yuzu has a Junmai sake base, using Giupu rice from Hokkaido, which is clear and has a nice aroma.
